What you see above are two panes of our Aurora software. It allows heretofore unprecedented visibility and data analysis of pretty much anything that a manufacturer would want to see. All data can be cross-referenced, checked for failure rates, time of failure, views across production lines, pass/fail windows, humidity at a given time of day and any correlations of any of the data points, etc. It will even analyze and display the data that is exported from the world’s most popular end of production line test system! This is big news for high-volume manufacturers. What do we mean by high volume? Well, tens of thousands to around 100,000 pieces per day and higher!

Did we mention that this analysis and data sifting process is fast, fast, fast? It can generate the data that you see above, for tens of thousands of data points, in seconds. Yes, that’s right: in mere seconds with an average laptop.
