Steven Wilson is a British multi-instrumentalist and producer, initially well known as the founder and frontman of influential rock band Porcupine Tree, he has since also become established as a solo artist and in demand surround sound mixing engineer, working with artists such as Tears For Fears, The Who, King Crimson, XTC, Rush, and Black Sabbath among others.
He has been Grammy nominated 6 times, most recently receiving 2 nominations for his 2021 solo album The Future Bites. He is currently active again with Porcupine Tree, their 2022 album Closure / Continuation charted at number 1 in Germany, The Netherlands, and and number 2 in the UK.
