Tweety Gonzalez
Tweety González, Argentinean keyboardist and producer. Pioneer in the use of the midi system and samplers in Argentine rock. He was the musician who played keyboards and programming with Soda Stereo for the longest time and played and produced the best albums of Fito Paez participating in several albums as keyboardist, programmer and producer, among them El amor después del amor (1992) as co-producer, keyboardist and programmer, the best selling album in the history of Argentine rock, with 1.4 million units.
In 1989 he was invited by Soda Stereo and since then he played with Soda in 95% of their shows. He recorded with them the albums: Rex Mix, Canción Animal , Dynamo MTV Unplugged (1996), El último concierto (1997), Me verás volver (2007) In 1999, González founded the band Ácida with Alina Gandini. In 2005 he worked on Gustavo Cerati’s fourth album, Ahí vamos. The album won two Grammy Awards and several Gardel Awards, he also worked with Cerati in the production of Shakira’s album Oral Fixation Vol. He is summoned again for the 2007 reunion tour of Soda Stereo called Me Verás Volver.
He worked with DE SALOON (Chile). MINK (Mexico). CAPRI, Rescate, Richard Coleman, Carlos Mendez (Panama), Kevin Johansen, Bersuit Vergarabat, Illya. Kuriaky and the Valderramas , Zero Kill, Usted Señalemelo and Ximena Sarińana among others. In 2020 he begins to outline songs of his own and with other artists.
