PolarPilot adds wireless control without putting anything digital in your audio path. The OCR8 communicates with your OC818 via Bluetooth, while the microphone itself stays fully analog. Your audio never passes through the dongle – PolarPilot simply controls the mic’s analog circuitry remotely.
Choose from 255 polar patterns between omni and figure-eight. Switch between 40, 80, and 160 Hz high-pass filters. Engage the -10 or -20 dB pad. Save and recall presets, and keep an eye on the OC818 itself with the 60-second overload monitor. Everything you need to shape and protect your recording – right from your mobile device.
